Join Chef Li and transform your kitchen into an authentic Cantonese dim sum restaurant.

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Li, you'll learn how to prepare two authentic Cantonese dishes right in your own kitchen. It's a perfect way to explore traditional Chinese cuisine from home.

Chef Li starts by teaching you how to make Chinese Southern-style egg noodles from scratch. Next, you'll pan fry the noodles to create the ever-popular supreme soy sauce fried noodles. To round out the meal, you'll also learn how to make a classic egg drop soup!

Really enjoyed Chef LiĐ²Đ‚â„¢s Chinese noodles and soup class! My grandson and I cooked a wonderful meal that we were both proud of. Chef Li was engaging, knowledgeable, and patient. It helped to have measured ingredients ready for the class. Highly recommended.
