I JUST WISH I HAD HAD A GOOD CAMERA FOCUS AT ALL TIMES, I FELT THAT I LOST SOME INDICATIONS WHEN MOVING AWAY FROM THE CAMERA.

The class was excellent! . The only thing I would like to recommend is that class participants form small groups and learn to make dumplings real time with Chef Li !

The class was very interesting. I'm glad to have been there. However, I have some concerns about Food Safety issues. - Presenter tasted the vegetable dumpling filling using chop sticks, and then used the same chop sticks to mix the common bowl of vegetable filling - A ladle was used to mix the raw dumplings in the pot of boiling water, and the same ladle was used to take out the cooked dumplings - Presenter put together dumplings containing raw pork, and without washing her hands, she touched the cooked dumplings - Presenter put the tray of cooked dumplings on the same work surface that was used to mix and fill the raw pork dumpling mixture Cross-contamination is an important issue and we want to do everything that we can to prevent it.
