Very pleasant experience. Chef Linda offered a little history, guidance on proper technique, and perspective on the science of it all. Along with the fact she did not rush to get through when we were well beyond the agreed time. Would recommend.

The food was excellent! We really enjoyed our evening. We would have preferred more hands-on and a more instructional format, but Chef Lenny was really good about answering all our questions and even provided some advice on preparing a dish we were serving the next evening.

We had such a great time with Chef Vince. We learned a lot; we laughed a lot. That poor man tolerated a lot of ridiculousness from us and just cooked so calmly. The food was delicious, and he answered innumerable questions all while he stirred and kneaded. I highly recommend an evening like this for everyone.

This was a fantastic experience! My kids bought my husband I this experience and we just loved it. Chef Luis was so personable, so fun, and so talented. He created amazing food, created an enjoyable evening, and was a pleasure to have in our home. This unique experience is a MUST if you've never tried it. And we have found a new friend in Chef Luis. Can't wait to try another meal!

We chose the New Orleans meal and it did not disappoint our tastebuds. Chef Linda had a fabulous knowledge of the NOLA area including the history of the people and the food. She welcomed us into her beautiful home and we worked side by side in her kitchen (all ingredients, Utensils and cookware provided) and learned new tips and techniques while making a wonderfully aromatic and delicious four course meal. We ate as we cooked and had enough for leftovers!! Linda was warm and friendly and funny. I'd highly recommend this experience. When I'm back in Tucson next year, I'll definitely book another cooking lesson!

The food and Vince was beyond our expectations!!! Vince was awesome, personable, patient, explained, answered questions, involved us in the cooking process every step of the way. The outcome? A gourmet meal tailored specifically for us, better than you can get in any restaurant! The cost was so minimal in comparison to the obvious time Vince put into the pre-event prep, picking the best ingredients, and planning. And to have him cook in inside your own home? Priceless!!!!

This was one of the most incredible cooking class/events we have ever done and we have done quite a few. Chef Louis was fabulous and we feel like we made a new friend in Tucson. The food was delicious! We are traveling in an RV so cooking at our place was out of the question. Having this class in his apartment was so much more intimate and вЂњcozyвЂќ than the cooking classes we have ever done before. I highly recommend CozyMeal and Chef Luis.

We were so excited to find Cozymeal when searching for a cooking class in the Tucson area to gift to 4 of our young adult family members for the holidays. From experience, we know that cooking classes are a treat for those with little time to experiment in the kitchen, but who love food. We had booked the cooking class in the weeks before the holidays and the class was to be held January 7th. We chose Chef LennyвЂ™s class based on him having the most positive and glowing reviews on your website. There were several things that were misleading and disappointing about the whole experience. -Although the online booking feature was straightforward, there was no direct communication from Chef Lenny until the day of the event and in this case, I needed to reach out to him. -Right before he arrived, we received a call from our family that Chef Lenny was adding an additional $40 trip fee the day of the event. - All participants started to apron up for the вЂњclassвЂќ and Chef Lenny acted very surprised and said he didnвЂ™t realize they wanted to participate. He told everyone that most people just want him to cook for them and proceeded to provide a private chef experience instead of a cooking class. This was not a cooking class, which is clearly what we paid for and how it was represented. -In summary, with cost of the class, the additional $40 fee our recipients were hit with upon put-out arrival, and the tip that our вЂњstudentsвЂќ felt appropriate to provide, we are about $500 all-in for this event that did not include a hands-on teaching component. This is by far the most disappointing cooking class we have ever purchased. What Cozymeal is representing versus what is actually delivered is worldвЂ™s apart. At this point our family is $500 lighter and still no cooking class. We look forward to hearing from the Cozy meal feedback team on how all of this could have gone so wrong and how this can be remedied.

Knowledge of cooking was excellent. The food we made was very good. However, if youвЂ™re looking for a pleasant experience with uncluttered kitchen or dining table staged for a lovely dinner, this would not be a good choice.
