Learn how to craft a variety of classic Asian dishes from start to finish and completely from scratch.

Join Chef Linda for this interactive cooking class where you'll get hands-on guidance as you create a handful of traditional Asian recipes using fresh ingredients and smart cooking techniques.

Begin by simmering perfectly balanced hot and sour soup before mixing a filling of turkey and vegetables for potstickers, including making homemade dough. Then, you'll fill, roll and lightly fry egg rolls before cooking chicken wrapped in foil and served with hoisin sauce. Bake authentic almond cookies for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Cooking with Chef Linda was fantastic. We are all relatively experienced home cooks but learned so much about ingredients and cooking techniques. We all left with pages of notes and ideas. She is a wonderful teacher and so knowledgeable. The food was so delicious! The experience far exceeded our expectations.
