Our second cooking and learning evening with Chef Linda. . .what a delight. It is clear how much she loves what she does. Each element of the meal is brought together with care and attention to the cooking method at hand and a desire that we be able to replicate what she is teaching. It's fun having a local chef of this quality with whom we can spend an enriching, interesting evening.

We had such a great time with Chef Vince. We learned a lot; we laughed a lot. That poor man tolerated a lot of ridiculousness from us and just cooked so calmly. The food was delicious, and he answered innumerable questions all while he stirred and kneaded. I highly recommend an evening like this for everyone.

Good morning, Our time with Chef Linda was amazing! From start to finish we learned so much we never knew. From the salting, to the type breads, type ingredients, and the taste. Chef Linda is super knowledgeable and goes the extra mile with her teaching. We had a great experience overall, and we learned not just how to make pasta but how to be better at cooking in general. We'd recommend her highly and will probably return in the future!

This was a great class! The recipes were unique and delicious. Chef Linda is very knowledgeable and had several great tips and tricks. My only suggestion would be to start the class earlier- we didnвЂ™t finish almost 10pm. I would attend another class though- it was fun and engaging.

This menu was so delicious and Chef Linda has a great deal of information about the history of food related to what we cooked. We made our own pasta and I learned a lot of great cooking tips! Know I can do fresh garlic quickly and do a pomegranate in less time!!

I recently had the pleasure of attending Chef Linda's Mexican food cooking class, and it was an absolute delight! Chef Linda's extensive knowledge and clever kitchen hacks truly impressed me. The Queso Fundido with Poblano Vinaigrette was a culinary masterpiece; the flavors were incredibly delicious and blended perfectly. Equally impressive was the Corn and Poblano Lasagna, which left me craving for more. Apart from the scrumptious dishes, what made the experience even more enjoyable was the comfortable and welcoming setting of Chef Linda's home kitchen. The cozy ambiance made it feel like I was cooking among friends. And speaking of friends, I must mention the adorable feline companions who added an extra touch of warmth to the atmosphere. Meeting Chef Linda's cats was a delightful bonus to an already fantastic experience. Overall, I can't praise Chef Linda enough for her culinary expertise, her creative kitchen hacks, and her ability to create a cozy and inviting cooking environment. Attending her Mexican food cooking class was a truly memorable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their culinary skills while savoring incredible flavors.

The food and Vince was beyond our expectations!!! Vince was awesome, personable, patient, explained, answered questions, involved us in the cooking process every step of the way. The outcome? A gourmet meal tailored specifically for us, better than you can get in any restaurant! The cost was so minimal in comparison to the obvious time Vince put into the pre-event prep, picking the best ingredients, and planning. And to have him cook in inside your own home? Priceless!!!!
