What You’ll Do

Explore the bold and comforting flavors of Southwestern cooking with Chef Linda.

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll practice a range of culinary techniques that will enhance your skills in the kitchen with Chef Linda as your expert guide.

After preparing your street corn elote antojito, or starter, Chef Linda will show you how to stuff and coat chile rellenos and layer flavor in a rich pipian sauce. Then, highlight Southwestern ingredients with traditional beans a la olla with onions, tomatoes and cumin, and finish with a classic dessert: BuГ±uelos topped with cinnamon and served with a Mexican chocolate sundae.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
