So fun! Chris was an excellent teacher. His camera shared exactly what he was doing, he gave us time to complete steps before moving on, and sought questions at the right moments. To top it off other avery personal touch was the private opera concert!

We have taken 2 classes with chef Chris now and he doesn't disappoint. He's very knowledgeable and always welcomes questions and makes sure everyone in class is able to keep up. The recipes were delicious and something we will make again in the future.

It was very engaged parts of it were a little too fast. Next time I would like a list of pans, bowls etc The grocery list was wonderful I especially loved the kneading lesson

We very much enjoyed the event, which was a little hard to keep up with at times (meaning, Chef went a little fast), but that's probably cause this was out 1st virtual cooking event and our own prepartion may have been a little lacking in some areas. I love the fact that I now know how to make pasta, and I love the Panzanella Salad - I make my own croutons all the time - they're delicious - this is another thing I loved learning how to make. We are better for the experiecne cause we learned so much. Thanks!

We had a great time and would definitely do this again! The food was delicious, not too difficult and the opera was the cherry on top. Only wish we had more than one song!
