Chef Angela-Michelle will bring her knowledge of plant-based nutrition to this mocktail-making class as you create libations that will power you from the inside with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Begin with an elderberry and rose tonic that will tingle your tongue with a delightfully floral and tart taste. Next, craft two teas made for relaxing. The first with fresh lemon, mint, dried hibiscus flowers and agave. Second, calming ashwagandha with lavender and chamomile. Lastly, you'll make golden saffron and turmeric milk flavored with cinnamon and honey.
