Super fun experience making sushi with Chef Krong! She was incredibly attentive and took the time to clearly explain each step, which made the whole experience even better. She also took photos for us and was so thoughtful about giving us space to enjoy dinner together. She wrapped everything up quickly and left the kitchen tighty. I’d definitely recommend booking with your partner, friends, or even for a company event!

We made an amazing ahi dish together with my family, and the recipes were so approachable that we’ve already remade it at home. Chef Fabio blew us away with his presentation, professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and thoughtful hospitality. It was a surprise for my sister and boy, he did not let us down! I was also impressed and wowed by the clean presentation, easy to follow and organized instruction, the simple and delicious meal, and the gorgeous rooftop setting. The whole experience was incredible from start to finish. He started us off with some charcuterie on the deck overlooking San Diego, then we made two different kinds of pastas from scratch, and then had a special dessert (because I had brought a candle for my sister's birthday and Panna cotta was not exactly easy to put a candle in), he very thoughtfully made lemon ricotta cake - which was even better! We were able to take home all our leftovers and bring wine and decorate with a banner, which was all lovely, and Chef Fabio was very chill and nice! "20/10 experience, the best present ever " -My Sister. I would 100% recommend his cooking class for anyone in the area looking for a fun, beautiful, and delicious experience!

Plus, every dish was so flavorful and delicious! And his home overlooking the lake is serene. He went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. We had so much fun this is going to be our new Thanksgiving tradition!

Chef Krong was amazing to learn from! She came ready to hit the ground running, we were into prep and cooking in the first few minutes! She was incredibly warm and fun, and so easy to connect with. It felt more like cooking with a really talented and patient friend. The recipes were simple and delicious, and we feel confident we could make them again on our own with the techniques we picked up. It was also great to learn more about Thai ingredients we have been curious about!

Rachel was a fantastic teacher. She worked with me and my wife as part of the Fundamental Dessert Techniques course, which included preparation of panna cotta, cheesecake, and crème brûlée. Rachel was a patient and informative instructor, and allowed my wife and me to do all procedures ourselves, stepping in for occasional recommendations. She had a good balance of advising on technical specifics while also giving us room to do each step ourselves, even if we were imperfect at certain stages. All recipes were doable for non-professionals like us, tasted great, and generated reasonable dessert portion sizes for two people without having too much excess. Rachel brought nearly everything we needed, and coordinated with me a week in advance on what we would need and what she could bring, and nothing was missing when it came time to prepare the recipes. Rachel was parked near our complex before the appointment time, and came in right on time and was ready to go. She was patient as well while my wife and I were still getting our daughter settled in for the evening and switching off for the first 20 minutes or so. Everything was done within 2 hours on the dot, and that was with some recipes taking longer than planned in our oven. I would highly recommend this course if you are looking for an interesting date night, or have an anniversary or birthday/similar coming up for a partner who loves to cook/bake (or at least the idea of it!). Rachel was a pleasure to have in our home, and we look forward to taking one of her other classes sometime!

I hired Chef Krong for my fiancé as a Christmas gift and it was so much fun! She is very polite, funny, inclusive and makes you feel good about learning how to cook! Even if you have someone who doesn’t really cook, chef Krong walks you through the entire process with patience and makes you feel like you’re cooking with a friend. She cooked three courses including the Laab Gai, Moo Pad Prik Thai Dam, Gaeng Massaman Gai, and Thai Sticky Rice w/ Mango. EVERYTHING was delicious and fun to make! We appreciated how she answered questions along the way and offered alternatives/suggestions for future cooking. She gave us tips on where to buy future ingredients & introduced us to different sauces and seasonings. We are definitely planning to hire her again and invite friends/family to join. Thanks again Chef !

Me and my girlfriend celebrated our anniversary with Chef Jordan! It was a super fun experience! His home was clean and cozy, and he really made us feel more comfortable in the kitchen! We had basically no experience with cooking and we really got the opportunity to learn more! He was professional and kind, and the food was healthy, fresh and amazing! We even got to take the extra food home and it kept us fed for almost a week! Chef Jordan was also more than helpful when it came to directions and helping me find a place to stay in the area. I would highly recommend him and this course! He himself was plant-based as well, so it was really nice to connect with a plant-based chef!

We had an AMAZING experience with Chef Jordan! Our family of four met at his home and from the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. Our menu conisisted of Lettuce Wrapped Portobello Quinoa Sliders topped with chipotle aioli and avocado, Blackened Pineapple Cajun Chicken and Peach Mango Cherry Cobbler. Cooking together as a family was such a fun and memorable experience, and every dish we made was both delicious and healthy. My husband and son were a bit hesitant about some of the vegetarian quinoa slider dishes at first, but the quinoa burgers completely won them over—they’re still talking about how good they were! Chef Jordan is an incredible teacher: warm, patient, engaging, and so knowledgeable. He made everything easy to follow and genuinely fun. Cooking in his home felt very special, and Chef Jordan went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. We would highly recommend him to anyone booking a cooking class through Cozymeal. Five stars all the way!

We were happy to learn some tips to creating authentic tasting pad thai and green curry. Each dish we made was delicious. My only disappointment was I felt this experience was very rushed and quick because Chef Krong had another booking right after ours. I sensed she was distracted because of this. There was no time to take notes because she was moving us along at a very fast pace. Parts of this experience seemed like a blur to me.

Chef Krong was amazing! She brought all the ingredients and plans as expected, was on time, and the food turned out great. Made for perfect valentines day because we had a great, intimate experience, delicious food, and no stressful preparation required. My wife and I both cook and we have experience in a range of cuisines. Chef Krong was great about swapping dishes we had already made allowing us to learn new recipes. The biggest standout for us was her descriptions of how to properly cut and use ingredients and demonstrations of the cues for what it looks like to move on to next steps. Would book again 100%.

This was such a great experience! Fabio had extensive knowledge of Italy and told us of some places to check out when we finally travel there. At first, I didn't expect it to be an at-home thing, but that ended up being wonderful in that it made me feel I could re-create this meal. Let me tell you, I cannot believe the amazing flavors of the sauce we made, the texture of the freshly from scratch pasta... and a dessert I cannot wait to make again! I highly recommend this service and Fabio specifically. VERY happy we did this.
