The Italian Desserts class with Chef Sasha was wonderful. She was informative and a lot of fun to learn from. We made Cannoli, Panna Cotta and Biscotti. All were delicious!

Thank you Chef Sha Sha! We had a fabulous experience! Chef Sha Sha came to my house to teach us ladies how to make Bruschetta, Cannoli, and ravioli with tomato sauce (yum!!) from scratch. This was a birthday shindig. There were 5 of us. I have a small kitchen, but she was flexible with the workflow and made it happen. She stayed over the scheduled 3hr time because she took her time with each of us on the pasta machine. She's very patient, thorough, attention to detail, and ensured each of us was hands. She even quizzed us throughout. :) Chef explained the whys, the hows, the don'ts, and suggested options and alternatives. She is so personable and pleasant; good times! It really was a fun and unique experience. Our food came out picture perfect and sooo tasty! We highly recommend Chef Sha Sha for any cooking lessons.
