In this live, online cooking class, you'll learn the history of and how to prepare Indian-Chinese food from Chef Rishika. Learn how these two cultures combined their favorite ingredients into flavorful, vibrant dishes as you prepare classic Indo-Chinese fare like chicken Manchurian with bell peppers and red chili sauce, and hakka noodles with garlic, ginger and oyster sauce. Prep Work Details

1. Read ingredients and prep list thoroughly. 2. Chop onions, ginger, garlic, bell peppers, carrots, cabbage as directed in the ingredients and recipe sheet. 3. Do not measure soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegars, salts, etc. We will simply add them to our dish using tablespoons and teaspoons.

Chef Rishika was a great teacher and allowed our family to engage with her and each other in a friendly playful way during the class. The food was delicious and she was very patient with different experience and speed levels. I would definitely recommend a class with chef Rishika
