I recently had the pleasure of attending an Emily in Paris-inspired gourmet dinner experience with my sister through Cozymeal, and it was absolutely fantastic. Chef Chris created a warm, welcoming environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience both educational and enjoyable. He walked us through each step of the cooking process with clear instructions, while also keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging. The conversation flowed naturally, which made the experience feel very personal and relaxed. The menu was beautifully curated and delicious from start to finish. We prepared a cheese soufflÃ©, seared duck breast with Dijon cream sauce, dauphinoise potatoes, fresh French baguette with butter, and a rich mousse au chocolat with fleur de sel. Every dish turned out amazing, and it truly felt like an elevated dining experience. I especially appreciated how interactive the class wasâ€”we werenâ€™t just watching, we were fully involved in creating each course. It was also a fun opportunity to dress up and enjoy the full Parisian-inspired theme. I would highly recommend Chef Chris and Cozymeal to anyone looking for a unique, hands-on culinary experience. Itâ€™s perfect for a date night, girlsâ€™ night, or anyone wanting to learn new cooking skills in a fun and memorable way.

Our second class with Chef Chris was nothing short of AMAZING! Chef Chris is funny, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about a wide range of cooking techniques. My wife and I first experienced his talent during our anniversary dinner and loved it so much that we booked him again for a birthday celebration. He makes every moment enjoyableâ€”teaching while keeping the atmosphere light and fun. A pro tip: bring wine and beverages because sharing is caring! Honestly, I could go on and on, and it still wouldnâ€™t capture how great the experience is. If youâ€™re reading this, just book Chef Chris alreadyâ€”youâ€™ll be talking about it for the rest of the year!

Chef Chris explained the menu ( the inspiration behind it) , conversation was easy, didnâ€™t seem rushed, food was delish! Really liked the mini pizzas and the dessert! We had the Authenic Coastal Flavors for the 4 of us. I cannot tell you how pleased we were the entire meal and experience. Chris was wonderful - he showed up and went right to work. Brought everything, cooked everything, served everything, cleaned up everything. He made the entire evening amazing. My husband and I had used Cozymeal before but our friends had not. They were still talking about how they can't wait to plan another event with Chris! And on top of everything else, he is really a nice guy!!

We had Caesar Salad with the most delicious homemade dressing. The homemade Fettuccine was the best I have ever had, and the lemon sorbet was perfect. Everything was perfect, I attend with my sister, and we had a wonderful time. Chef Chris shared the names of some restaurants nearby that I plan to try out, he also made me want to visit Italy asap and take a cooking class while there.

He explained not just what to do, but why, sharing tips and techniques from his European culinary training that felt totally approachable for home cooks. The menu was phenomenal from start to finish. The cheese soufflÃ© was impossibly light and pillowy, the seared duck breast with Dijon cream sauce was restaurant-quality, and the dauphinoise potatoes were rich and perfectly executed. Then finishing with a decadent chocolate mousseâ€¦ absolute perfection. The class was hands-on, relaxed, and fun â€” a great balance of learning and enjoying the moment (especially with a glass of wine). We walked away full, inspired, and confident we could recreate these dishes at home. Highly recommend this class to anyone who loves great food, French cuisine, or just a fantastic night out.
