Chef Dock and his thai meal exceeded our expectations. He arrived with all ingredients, some quite exotic. I really liked that the meal was prepared in our kitchen using our pans and utensils. To our surprise, we were the chefs with Chef Docks guidance. He coached us through the preparation of 5 courses. We learned so much about basic techniques and the preparation of an exquisite thai meal. This cooking experience was one we will always remember.

Chef Dock is an amazing and very knowledgeable chef. He not only explained the proper ingredients and showed how to use them but he taught my son and I the techniques for bringing out the best flavor, going into detail about the order in which to add ingredients and timing but also the method for mixing the ingredients themselves. He explained plating, serving and the Thai traditions for presenting multiple courses for a meal. The food was incredibly delicious and I will be incorporating these dishes going forward in my family meal rotation. I did not add a tip here because I tipped him in cash. I highly recommend Chef Dock!

Chef Doc was personable, knowledgeable AND a lot of fun! Immediately, he engaged us with his friendliness as he unpacked a wagon full of ingredients. We jumped right into the experience, chatting and laughing as we prepped sauces, cut vegetable and learned more about Thai food. What a meal! We feasted and enjoyed every bite of our labors--with LOTS of leftovers, too. We now have the confidence to replicate the flavors of Bangkok on our own! We felt very comfortable having Chef Doc in our home, and hope to request him again.

Our CozyMeal Sous Vide dinner with Chef Dock was one of the greatest experiences ever! Watching a professional chef make a magnificent meal in my kitchen was special. Not only was every bite exquisite, but Chef Dock made the evening so fun and relaxed! He is one of the kindest, warmest, most laid-back people, and it was an honor getting to know him. Way more fun than going out, this was an evening with the best food and even better company, and we can’t wait for another CozyMeal experience with Chef Dock again soon!

Chef was prompt, friendly, funny, & professional. My husband and I really enjoyed the hands on cooking class. Chef Dock gave us so many great cooking tips. We learned how to cook muscles for the first time and it was a cool experience. The seafood pasta was delicious. The homemade Caesar dressing was to die for. The charcuterie board was fun to make. Last but not least, my husband really enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake. Jist communicate exactly what you want/expect & he will make it happen. We would recommend Chef Doc 10 times over. This was an outstanding experience. Chef Dock was patient and very detailed with us, but the class just flowed without a hitch. It's didn't feel like a rigorous teaching, but a lighthearted lesson. And in the end, a delicious 4 course meal that I was proud to say I had a hand in preparing.

Wow! Chef Dock was amazing. I was nervous because he was listed as a new chef with Cozymeal but he blew our socks off. Rest assured he has years of experience as a chef before joining Cozymeal and you will taste the expertise. Chef Dock does not disappoint! The food was delectable. My extremely hard-to-impress partner exclaimed it was better than most restaurants, and we have dined with the best.
