We very much enjoyed our experience w/ Chef Libby. She was patient with our questions, provided suggestions, and was very hospitable.
Chef Libby was a great teacher! She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions very happily. We learned so much and would happily take another class of hers. We're already looking into trying the sushi class :)

We had a great time learning new recipes with Chef Libby. Her laid back approach made rather fancy dishes seem easy, and the results were delicious. I peppered her with a ton of questions about how to pick which shrimp to buy at the store, suggestions for what to do with leftover egg whites, etc., and Chef Libby answered them all. Thanks Chef Libby!
