Oscar, our chef and Oscar his sou chef were ready and waiting for us as we were the only couple to enjoy the vegetarian class. They spent time, energy and knowledge with us in an intimate, personable and patient manner and setting. It was great! We learned, tasted and sipped our way through our time and then enjoyed the meal they and we had prepared. We left with well packed extras and great memories.

Chef Roger was amazing. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and just all around great teacher. He made his class easy to learn and easy to achieve at home. He taught us new cooking techniques and even showed us how to make two amazing fresh salads from our own homegrown food. He sent us home with all the left overs from the class (which was a TON) and we left full and so very happy! What a wonderful class! I highly recommend chef Roger & cozymeal.

Joni is a fabulous instructor! My wife and I had an incredible experience learning Italian cooking in Joniâ€™s very cozy space. Joni is knowledgeabe and creative in specific kitchen skills, and has expertise in the science behind food and cooking. We learned so much about what different cooking techniques do at even the molecular level. On top of all her knowledge, Joni is friendly, engaging, and a patient instructor. It felt like good friends cooking a meal together. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Chef Joni was kind and informative. Not only did she teach us the basic skills to make the "Italian classics" as advertised, she also delved deep into the science behind cooking, detailing the molecular structures of the various foods and how they interact with other foods. As a beginner, I learned that there is a lot to learn about cooking. I surprised my girlfriend with this cooking class and she loved it! Our experience lasted for roughly 3 hours so be prepared to be standing the entire time. We were quite tired after all the cooking. This is an awesome experience to have with your significant other and I cannot recommend Chef Joni enough. Thanks so much!

Horrible experience that was essentially a scam. Chef Roddy was not present. We were barely given an opportunity to prepare any of the dishes and were essentially taught nothing. Starting with the sauce, the chef just made the sauce themselves. They did not give instructions, only listed ingredients or quantities when we asked. There was no instruction given on how to make the pasta besides combining flour plus egg and barely any oversight as they were focused on making the sauce behind us. There was no option to make gnocchi or ravioli as in the description. We were not taught to make the salad address from scratch as in the description as this was prepared in advance. Additionally, the panna cotta was also prepared in advance so there was no teaching there. At every opportunity, things were made in advance and done as quickly as possible by the chef without us and without any sort of instruction. We felt rushed despite being the only group of 3 and left an hour before our designated time. This seemed like this â€œcooking classâ€ was doing below to bare minimum just to check off the boxes.

Soooo much fun! We loved having the whole restaurant to ourselves to learn and eat after. Super fun, and way cooler than we expected being able to take pictures in our chefs hats and work with different chefs for our meal. We will definitely be back one day to try another menu!

Great experience with Chef Roddy and all of the chefs. It really helped to learn to cook in a professional kitchen, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'll be using Cozymeal again for cooking classes for sure.

We loved the chef and learned a few things but the class was supposed to go 3 hrs but ended at 1 1/2 hrs. We did not get to make the dessert or the Ceasar Dressing. A bit disappointed on that.

Experience was great. The resident/Chef Roddy were able to accommodate late adds to our party and were very hospitable. Restaurant was a little warm inside when we arrived but AC was turned up and the fan was out on. Overall great Motherâ€™s Day experience.

We had a great time with Chef Rodney and his team. We had about 11 people in our group and the reviews of the class and the meal all came back fantastic from our team. The only thing I'd want to warn future participants of is that this experience is a bit of a blend between having a cooking class and a meal. The Chef's team ran us through a few recipes as a group like making a scratch Ceasar Dressing, bolognese, and garlic bread. Then we all divided into small groups and tried our hand at making pasta. We sampled our creations, but then a bit of cooking show magic happened, and Chef's team took over. They brought out premade portions for the rest of the meal and brought it together. So we got to have a very nice meal served. Had some fun in the kitchen. And had a great private experience. Great event, I'm a big fan.

This was our first Cozymeal dining experience, and boy did Chef Ruel set a high bar! The food was absolutely amazing. He did a fantastic job coaching us through the cooking process, explaining his different techniques to bring the most out of each dish. He is very personable, and put effort into the venue making sure the space was spotless and ready for cooking. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Beyond our expectations. Chef Ruel and his sous chef, Shelly made our cooking class for our family of 3 so memorable and we learned so much! I took a pasta cooking class in Florence a few years ago, and Chef Ruel made it so much easier, by teaching us two methods. Who knew, I could use my Kitchenaid to make the most delicious pasta. I highly recommend Chef Ruel's class, and I'm already rounding up friends to take his empanada class.

Chef Rogers was amazing! He customized a lunch for our family birthday celebration. He made a special dessert that was my daughters favorite. He was detailed and thorough and patient in teaching us how to make pizza and had plenty for us to take back. We went well over the time limit but he did not seem to mind. Great kitchen and setup for us. Would love to do this again with him.
