Chef Parsati was a great teacher and amazing host! Her kitchen was very clean and the overall atmosphere was very warm and friendly. We were amazed by her experience and expertise of cooking different cuisines. The dishes we made were very easy to follow and she helped guide us throughout the whole process. She even changed the recipes a bit to match our personal tastes! Overall the food was excellent and Chef Parsati was an incredible teacher and great conversationalist. We will definitely be coming back to try her other classes!!!

Chef Parsati was very friendly and knowledgeable and the food was amazing. Chef Parsati's home was a very clean and cozy environment that made for a very personal experience. This experience was absolutely splendid! Chef Parsati is warm, authentic, fun, funny, knowledgeable, inviting. Really could not say enough about how wonderful she is. The food was stellar and she walked us through substitutions, modifications, and techniques that we could employ. We will most definitely be cooking a number of these recipes again and likely soon haha. I would highly recommend taking a class with Chef Parsati. My cheeks hurt from smiling!

Chef Parsati was wonderful - a gracious host and wonderful instructor. We took her Hawaiian cooking class as a three generation family event with ages from 14-82. Chef was able to connect with all of us and especially our 14-year old chef in training. A great experience and we will be back. As to the food - all terrific including things I would never have thought of like veggie poke. And the huli huli chicken was amazing.

I found Chef Joni Sare on Cozymeal and booked her for my team offsite as my 3 other team members found her Master Italian Classics Cooking Class to be a fun learning experience. Boy were we right. If you don't read my full review, all I can say is that Chef Joni was an EXCELLENT instructor and my team members and I had such a good time. We were smiling ear-to-ear the entire time we were there. Highly recommended from this reviewer. Detailed review below: Communication (5/5): We used the Cozymeal platform for everything and found their interface amazing. Chef Joni was very pro-active and communicated with me several times before the event date on January 17, 2020. What stood out about this communication was that she really wanted to know us. She asked good questions like "Why did you choose this class?", "What do you hope to learn from it?", "What are your goals?" etc. Really appreciate this since she can cater the class to exactly your needs. She was also very accommodating when I told her that one of our team members was a vegetarian so she made sure she had a vegetarian option on hand during our class. Finally, before the event, she gave us extremely detailed directions to the location of the event (including a picture) and what to expect. Really outstanding communication here. Location (5/5): Her location is in her house located in Sunnyvale near major highways. Lots of street parking once you arrive so no issues on parking. The inside is well decorated and everything seems to be remodeled including her kitchen which was very modern. See pics to get an idea. Food (5/5): The Master Italian Classics Cooking Class contains the following menu: 1.) Antipasti - Cheese, crackers, almonds, pepper jelly to snack on throughout the whole meal while you are there 2.) Handmade Fettuccine Alfredo 3.) Ragu (Mushrooms, many vegetables) - Our protein was lamb for the meat-eaters and tofu for our vegetarian team member. 4.) Tiramisu - for dessert. I don't want to spoil too much of the class but I'll share some of the highlights for me at least. Preparing the Fettuccine Dough from scratch including folding it, kneading it, was a really fun experience. Also running through the dough through the pasta machine to stretch it and finally cut it into actually the noodles was such a cathartic experience. I'm really happy I got to experience that. The Ragu was so delicious and so healthy at the same time as we barely used any vegetable oil and we put in so many vegetables. Finally, the tiramisu making was actually pretty easy but delicious at the same time. Now that I have been through how to make Tiramisu, I am confident I can make it for a party without issue. Also, if you can't finish all the food you make, Chef Joni gives you take-out boxes to bring home so you can enjoy the food again! Our group also had leftover uncooked fettuccine and we got to take that home. Chef Joni (5/5): Last but not least Chef Joni was an excellent instructor. She was so bubbly and easy to talk to and really put the group at ease very quickly. She was masterful on dividing up certain tasks in the kitchen so we can all participate in the cooking journey and made sure we were doing the steps properly. We asked her so many questions during our time in the class and she happily answered every single one of them without being annoyed. It was nice to finish the class with all of us including Chef Joni eating at the table. Chef Joni's passion for cooking really shines through her class and we had a great time! Our team can't wait to come back. Thank you Chef Joni for a great class.

I've done many cooking classes both personally and professionally and really loved Joni's style. She was so organized, well prepared and provided great guidance through the whole cooking experience. We connected earlier to make sure she was aware of the team dynamic and any special requests for drinks, allergies and such. As a result, she was prepared and managed all 9 of us really well. highly recommend her as an instructor. She's got lots of tips and tricks up her sleeve so you are sure to learn something even if you are a pro! Thank you Joni!

Attending Chef Stacey's home for a cooking class is like walking into a magazine editorial- her space is absolutely AMAZING. From the kitchen to the patio to the garden, her place is the perfect space to host a cooking class. Chef Stacey is extremely passionate about healthy food and I learned so much from her. The lecture was very informative and the food was absolutely delicious.

Horrible experience that was essentially a scam. Chef Roddy was not present. We were barely given an opportunity to prepare any of the dishes and were essentially taught nothing. Starting with the sauce, the chef just made the sauce themselves. They did not give instructions, only listed ingredients or quantities when we asked. There was no instruction given on how to make the pasta besides combining flour plus egg and barely any oversight as they were focused on making the sauce behind us. There was no option to make gnocchi or ravioli as in the description. We were not taught to make the salad address from scratch as in the description as this was prepared in advance. Additionally, the panna cotta was also prepared in advance so there was no teaching there. At every opportunity, things were made in advance and done as quickly as possible by the chef without us and without any sort of instruction. We felt rushed despite being the only group of 3 and left an hour before our designated time. This seemed like this “cooking class†was doing below to bare minimum just to check off the boxes.

We had an absolutely incredible experience learning to cook with Chef Roddy and his team. From the moment we arrived, the energy was warm, welcoming, and effortlessly professional. Chef Erick has a true gift—not just for cooking, but for teaching. He breaks things down in a way that’s engaging, approachable, and genuinely fun, whether you’re a beginner or someone who already loves being in the kitchen. The highlight of the experience was making paella—and not just any paella, but hands down the best we’ve ever had. Every step, from layering flavors to perfecting the texture of the rice, was thoughtfully guided. You can tell Chef Erick is passionate about his craft, and that passion carries through in every detail. His team was equally fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly in sync, which made the whole experience feel seamless and elevated. It never felt rushed, and there was a great balance of hands-on learning, storytelling, and enjoying the process. This wasn’t just a cooking class—it was a memorable culinary experience. We walked away not only with new skills, but with a deeper appreciation for the art of cooking (and a serious craving for paella). Highly, highly recommend Chef Roddy and his team—you won’t be disappointed.

Non vegans can learn a great deal from Chef Parsati. My niece and I want to cook healthier dishes and this class is what we needed. Chef explains the vegan ingredients as recipes are assembled and followed up with sending an ingredient list after the class. Come learn and enjoy!

WOW!!!! Where do I even begin… First, the class took place in the chefs private home which was incredibly warm and welcoming. The space was very clean and tidy, and chef was so welcoming and professional! The class itself began with a quick snack, compliments of the chef, which was tasty and set the tone for the rest of the time there! From there, we got right into the chopping and cooking, and I literally found myself jumping in place from the excitement of mixing and cooking. She was very clear and concise in her explanations, and very welcoming in our own style of cooking however that presented.. In her words, since I kept saying sorry for my terrible chopping skills, “There is no sorry in this class. You cook and have fun.. That’s all that matters.†I never for a moment felt rushed, or as if I was doing anything wrong. All questions were welcomed and answered, and of course, the food tasted absolutely amazing!! My partner and I were so pleased and so grateful for this wonderful experience, and will be returning for more classes! Thank you, Chef!!!

I’ve never used CozyMeal before but I am so thankful I found Chef Parsati on CozyMeal. She is an extremely accommodating and knowledgeable chef. Even though Chef Parsati was busy on the day of my booking, she made sure to fit my girlfriend and I in for our class! We were also running late, and she made us feel so welcomed and comfortable at her place. The meals my girlfriend and I learned to cook were delicious and healthy. I would definitely take another class from Chef Parsati and recommend her to my friends and family.

Chef Parsati was super welcoming and gave an amazing class. We booked the Tropical Hawaiian Fare class and made a 4 course meal. We made delicious dishes that were easy to make and tasted phenomenal. In addition, met some fantastic ladies and had lots of fun. Chef opened her house to us , provided sweets and refreshments. She was patient and made us feel confident with our cooking. Definitely recommend and will be returning for another class.

Great Class! Chef Parvati is very knowledgeable and a great instructor. The food was out of this world and we are very excited to recreate the recipes at home. We loved that she gave us the recipes but also informed us on how to vary the recipes to suit different tastes and diets. Would definitely recommend to those who want to learn tropical flavors.
