Begin with flaky and flavorful vegetarian paneer curry puffs with mango chutney. Then, a slow-cooked hyderabadi dum chicken curry with homemade warm garlic naan and saffron peas pulao. End with a sweet vermicelli and dried fruit for a light but satisfying dessert.

We booked this event as a team building activity and we had so much fun. Chef Parsati kept the class interesting, teaching us about the ingredients, flavors and its origins. We all participated in creating this amazing meal! Would hardly recommend if you're trying to do something fun with your friends or colleagues!

Chef Parsati was so great! Everything was delicious and she made all the planning and communication extremely easy!
