Had a fantastic time with Chef Rudy, who showed us how to make pasta from scratch, mozzarella cheese, and tiramisu. He was entertaining, informative, and a great leader. We topped off the day by enjoying the fruits of our labor. Not sure if I'll be able to go back to boxed pasta!
