In this private chef experience, savor the warm and soulful flavors of a traditional Punjabi family dinner brought right to your table. Every dish is prepared with care by Chef Shalini from start to finish – simply sit back and enjoy.

 

The evening opens with crispy, spiced samosas before moving into the heart of the menu – a rich, slow-cooked dal makhani with butter and cream, alongside a fragrant aloo gobi of cauliflower and potatoes tempered with cumin and turmeric. The meal closes with gulab jamun, soft syrup-soaked dumplings perfumed with cardamom – one of India's most beloved desserts. Book this private chef experience and discover the warmth of Indian home cooking.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
