Indulge in the bright, elegant flavors of Italian cuisine with a private chef experience led by Chef Shalini. Picture yourself savoring each bite while the talented Chef takes care of all the preparation, cooking and cleanup, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy the moment. 

 

The evening opens with whipped Ricotta cheese crostini drizzled with hot honey, followed by a fresh arugula and Burrata salad with seasonal fruit and balsamic honey vinaigrette. The centerpiece is a silky lemon-garlic pasta with sautéed shrimp, finished with Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs. The meal closes with dark chocolate-dipped strawberries and whipped mascarpone cream – simple, indulgent and perfectly Italian. Book this experience for an elegant evening at home.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
