An aromatic Indian evening curated entirely for you.

Savor the rich, warming flavors of North Indian cuisine with a private chef experience led by Chef Shalini. Every dish is prepared, served and cleaned up – all you need to do is sit back and enjoy.

 

The evening opens with smoky tandoori prawns marinated in yogurt, ginger and aromatic spices, before moving into a classic butter chicken simmered in a rich, creamy tomato gravy with fenugreek and fresh cream. Fragrant jeera rice provides the perfect accompaniment, while a slow-cooked kheer with cardamom and nuts brings the evening to a sweet, comforting close. Book your private chef and bring the flavors of India to your table. 

 

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
