For decades, roasts have been the perfect dinner to warm the heart and bring everyone together and Chef Rudy handles every detail from preparation to cleanup so you can focus on quality time with loved ones.

Begin with a butter lettuce salad topped with homemade vinaigrette. Next, savor slow-roasted beef cooked to absolute perfection, served with rich beef au jus. Of course, a traditional roast meal isn't complete without creamy mashed potatoes, golden Yorkshire pudding and tender green beans with garlic and shallots. Top it all off with classic crème brûlée featuring a perfectly caramelized sugar crust. If your mouth is watering, don't wait to book this exceptional dining experience with Chef Rudy!
