We ended up having Chef Casey instruct us for the class, and he was great! There was only 3 of us, so it was very intimate and made for a great, relaxing experience. We learned a few tricks to prepare the food we made, and we even got to take home leftovers from our cooking that night. Was very professional, easy-to-follow, and informative; and we made a delicious meal! My husband and I both went and he has been talking about taking more classes ever since we took this class. Highly recommend, and would love to go back for another class!

Class was fun and shorter than anticipated. Wished for an in-depth step by step instructions and felt it was fast paced and not beginner friendly. Received guidance later in the class and was disappointed not being able to make the hazelnut gelato. Neither the classroom video camera nor mirror were used in the instructing.
