WHAT YOU’LL DO

Plan the perfect pasta menu for any summer soirée.
If you've ever wanted to make homemade pasta, this cooking class is the best place to start. You'll join a gourmet chef who will share tips and techniques for preparing fettuccine and garganelli from scratch. You'll also make carbonara and pomodoro crudo sauce. Next, assemble ingredients for a colorful panzanella topped with mozzarella and pesto vinaigrette. Dessert is a rich and decadent dark chocolate tiramisu.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
