In this hands-on cooking class, you'll explore the art of balancing bold flavors while preparing dishes inspired by Mexican cuisine using high-quality ingredients and with Chef Kevin as your guide.

Begin with a dip reminiscent of elote, a popular street food featuring roasted corn, queso fresco and cilantro. For the entrГ©e, learn how to slow cook chicken for a dish layered with complex flavors paired with summer squash, pickled red onions and rice pilaf. Finish the meal with the classic combination of cinnamon and chocolate in a churro-inspired muffin drizzled with a luxurious chocolate sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Kevin was great, he made everything super easy. I surprised my girlfriend (who loves to cook) and we really enjoyed the menu. Kevin took care of everything - brought all the tools, ingredients and did the cleanup.
