In this hands-on cooking class, you'll explore the art of balancing bold flavors while preparing dishes inspired by Mexican cuisine using high-quality ingredients and with Chef Kevin as your guide. Begin with a dip reminiscent of elote, a popular street food featuring roasted corn, queso fresco and cilantro. For the entrée, learn how to slow cook chicken for a dish layered with complex flavors paired with summer squash, pickled red onions and rice pilaf. Finish the meal with the classic combination of cinnamon and chocolate in a churro-inspired muffin drizzled with a luxurious chocolate sauce.

Kevin did a great job showing us great tips for prepping food and chopping vegetables. The 6 courses was great, extra large raspberries. Would book Kevin again. He cleaned up the whole kitchen after also.
