We ended up having Chef Casey instruct us for the class, and he was great! There was only 3 of us, so it was very intimate and made for a great, relaxing experience. We learned a few tricks to prepare the food we made, and we even got to take home leftovers from our cooking that night. Was very professional, easy-to-follow, and informative; and we made a delicious meal! My husband and I both went and he has been talking about taking more classes ever since we took this class. Highly recommend, and would love to go back for another class!

Our experience with Kristen was superb! She is very knowledgeable and is an excellent teacher. I had many questions which she answered and I learned so much. The food was delicious too. I definitely recommend her class.

We had such a great time with Kristen. She was very warm and inviting and so smart. I can't wait to take another class with her. My husband and sister both had a great time as well. My advice is to come hungry you get plenty of yummy food to eat! You will not be disappointed!

Kristen is the real deal. My husband surprised me with this gift of cooking and I am so happy he did. She customized our meal to our food preferences, we got to have as much hands on time as we wanted and last but not least that woman can cook!! It was so delicious and her easy going demeanor made for a great evening. She also is a wealth of information for nutrition and I really learned a lot. Can't wait to cook again with her.

Kristen is such a wonderful host and chef. She is very easy going, welcoming, knowledgeable, and knows how to make everyone feel comfortable. She is very accommodating and is willing to change up the menu due to allergies or specific preferences. The taste of Spain menu was excellent and we had a great time talking, cooking food, and eating it.

While Chef Kristen was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, I did not get a hands-on experience learning how to make sourdough bread. She was also disorganized and her explanations went on personal tangents that did not add to my knowledge of sourdough making. The food she made was delicious, but for $75/person, I could have had a nice meal in a multitude of places and simply looked up how to make sourdough bread for free online. If you want a nice dinner with good company and an interesting hostess, then a class with Chef Kristen is for you. If you want hands-on experience and the opportunity to actually make sourdough, then I recommend skipping this class.

Learned how to make risotto! It was complicated but delicious. Did NOT like having to stand while we ate our dinners; also too rushed. They were already clearing up while we tried to hurriedly finish eating. Not a good ending.
