In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Krong, you'll learn how to make several Thai dishes using authentic ingredients and cooking techniques.
To begin, you'll make laab gai, a dish of ground chicken with fresh mint and spicy lime juice. Then you'll get started on moo pad prik Thai dam, a rich and hearty dish with a flavorful sauce and made with your choice of pork or chicken. You'll also make a chicken curry dish with potatoes. For dessert, enjoy a sticky, sweet treat of mango sticky rice.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
