Create a vegetable-packed meal with Thai spices and cooking techniques.
Join Chef Krong for an interactive cooking class where you'll learn how to make several vegetarian dishes inspired by the bold and delicious flavors of Thailand.
To begin, you'll roll up vegetable rolls and lightly fry them until crisp. Then you'll make a classic pad Thai with tofu and peanuts. Next up on the menu, prepare a warming green curry packed with vegetables like bamboo shoots and eggplant. Dessert is a refreshing dish of tropical fruit drizzled in a light syrup made by Chef Krong.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
