Set the tone for a romantic evening with a sumptuous French-inspired menu. We made stuffed pork tenderloin and it was great! Chef Charlie was accommodating and very entertaining. Highly suggest taking her class!

Chef Quincy did a good job. Especially since he had to pivot regarding the pre-made dumpling wrappers were not available. It felt a bit rushed or unorganized at times, but overall the food came out well. My partner and I both forgot to grab the recipe packets at the end, but I know we can find similar recipes online. I would attend another class.
