WHAT YOU’LL DO

Gather your grilling gear and pick the season's freshest produce.
Take your grilling skills to the next level by joining this cooking class. You'll join a gourmet chef who will share tips and techniques for preparing fruit, vegetables and meat for the grill. The menu includes charred pepper, peach and feta salad, grilled skirt steak with charred scallion gremolata and grilled corn with smoky lime butter. Dessert is creamsicle ice cream.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
