Learn to recreate authentic French dishes in your own kitchen.
Add some French flair to your classic steak dinner during this cooking class experience. Using shallots and herbs, you'll pan-sear your steak with cooking techniques straight from Paris. As an accompaniment, a chef will teach you how to make a hearty ratatouille vegetable stew. Then, to top it off, you'll conclude the class by making a light dessert of cream puffs made with choux pastry.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
