Your classic steak dinner gets a refresh in this hands-on cooking class. With fresh, seasonal ingredients, your chef instructor will demonstrate how to grill a delicious flank steak and prepare herby potatoes with a zesty aioli. Then, you'll learn how to achieve the ideal char on zucchini for a well-balanced tomato salad. Best part? Dessert will be ice cream flavored with buttered popcorn and topped with handmade salted caramel sauce.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
