Cooking Class - Basics of Thai Cooking

What You'll Do

Build culinary confidence and a new skillset with traditional Thai dishes.

Craft vibrant Thai recipes from scratch with guidance from a chef instructor. Learn about the five pillars of salty, sweet, sour, spicy and creamy to create authentic dishes and build culinary confidence. Practice knife skills and strike the balance of acidity and freshness with hand-rolled spring rolls, wok-fried pad Thai and sweet mango sticky rice.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We ended up having Chef Casey instruct us for the class, and he was great! There was only 3 of us, so it was very intimate and made for a great, relaxing experience. We learned a few tricks to prepare the food we made, and we even got to take home leftovers from our cooking that night. Was very professional, easy-to-follow, and informative; and we made a delicious meal! My husband and I both went and he has been talking about taking more classes ever since we took this class. Highly recommend, and would love to go back for another class!

We made stuffed pork tenderloin and it was great! Chef Charlie was accommodating and very entertaining. Highly suggest taking her class!
