AMAZING!! This was our first time taking a cooking class and it was such a great experience all around. Chef Adam provided the perfect blend of skill, knowledge, and fun! The laid back environment and casual conversation made the night a pleasure. Plus the sushi was better than any restaurant weâ€™ve gone to. We highly recommend taking any class with Chef Adam, we will definitely be back!

We had this experience back in October, and unfortunately life craziness has kept pushing this review to the back burner. Chef Adam provided an amazing evening for my partner and I and absolutely deserves the five star review, no matter how delayed we are in posting! Adam provided a relaxed environment for us to not only learn how to make sushi, but a lot of techniques and practices for everyday in our home cooking. I cannot recommend him or this experience more!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time learning how to make sushi from Adam! Not only was the class a lot of fun, it was very informative about the sushi techniques which were very interesting! We will definitely come back and try another class with Adam!

An expert in meat and keto cooking who can make cauliflower taste like beluga caviar and broccoli like liquid truffle ice cream. A stable genius in the kitchen.

You should be so lucky to take one of Adam's classes. It was such an enjoyable and informative experience. Really more than just a cooking class. He was so patient and understanding, he really made me feel so at ease in the kitchen and super excited about cooking. He drew in my kids as well because they could hear the genuine excitement and kindness in his voice. We made really delicious food and I learned SO MUCH, not least about making the food. He is a a true chef and is able to convey his love and passion for food and all its glory - its history, preparing it, serving it, everything. He was somehow able to ignite a passion for the same in me. I really look forward to doing it again.
