AMAZING!! This was our first time taking a cooking class and it was such a great experience all around. Chef Adam provided the perfect blend of skill, knowledge, and fun! The laid back environment and casual conversation made the night a pleasure. Plus the sushi was better than any restaurant weâ€™ve gone to. We had this experience back in October, and unfortunately life craziness has kept pushing this review to the back burner. Chef Adam provided an amazing evening for my partner and I and absolutely deserves the five star review, no matter how delayed we are in posting! Adam provided a relaxed environment for us to not only learn how to make sushi, but a lot of techniques and practices for everyday in our home cooking. I cannot recommend him or this experience more!

Chef Adam gave us a wonderful experience in his beautiful kitchen. As a frequent at home cook, Iâ€™ve learned a lot over the years, but Adam came strong with lots of tips and techniques that I didnâ€™t know. His vast experience was on full display. The food we cooked was absolutely delicious and easily accessible for people of all cooking levels. The experience was educational, entertaining and fun. My wife and I look forward to doing it again and bringing with us our friends and family.

This class was absolutely fun from the start. I have to confess that we didn't know what to expect but the chef explained everything to us very well. The chef's kitchen is perfect, he made us feel at home from the first moment. we feel very comfortable. We made a lot of pizzas, we learned a lot and we had a spectacular dinner. This was the best Valentine's gift, a fabulous experience with a chef with incredible experience. highly recommended.

I took my Daughter and her friend to Chef Adamâ€™s sushi making class. Chef Adam was amazing. He explained the recipes and the processes thoroughly. He was extremely patient and his instructions we right on point. The food was delicious. We had the best time. We are already talking about what class we can take next with Chef Adam. I would highly recommend this class or any other that Chef Adam teaches. He is very professional.

You should be so lucky to take one of Adam's classes. It was such an enjoyable and informative experience. Really more than just a cooking class. He was so patient and understanding, he really made me feel so at ease in the kitchen and super excited about cooking. He drew in my kids as well because they could hear the genuine excitement and kindness in his voice. We made really delicious food and I learned SO MUCH, not least about making the food. He is a a true chef and is able to convey his love and passion for food and all its glory - its history, preparing it, serving it, everything. He was somehow able to ignite a passion for the same in me. I really look forward to doing it again.
