The menu for this hands-on cooking class is based on Asian recipes that evolved in America as immigrants adapted to cooking away from their homeland. Chef Adam will teach you how to prepare a variety of dishes that have emerged from the Asian-American fusion scene.
First, you'll prepare an umami-packed miso soup from scratch. For the entrГ©e, you'll prepare two different Asian-American dishes: San Francisco-style garlic noodles peppered with Parmesan and scallions, and orange-infused stir-fried chicken with peppers and peanuts. For dessert, whip up mango pudding topped with toasted coconut.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This Asian fusion cooking class was perfect! Chef Adam is very knowledgeable and friendly. He made cooking unique meals more accessible and easy for me! I would definitely recommend taking classes with him!

AMAZING!! This was our first time taking a cooking class and it was such a great experience all around. Chef Adam provided the perfect blend of skill, knowledge, and fun! The laid back environment and casual conversation made the night a pleasure. Plus the sushi was better than any restaurant we’ve gone to. We highly recommend taking any class with Chef Adam, we will definitely be back!

We had this experience back in October, and unfortunately life craziness has kept pushing this review to the back burner. Chef Adam provided an amazing evening for my partner and I and absolutely deserves the five star review, no matter how delayed we are in posting! Adam provided a relaxed environment for us to not only learn how to make sushi, but a lot of techniques and practices for everyday in our home cooking. I cannot recommend him or this experience more!
Chef Adam brings years of refined culinary experience to the table and has had the opportunity to hone his craft in a variety of distinguished kitchens in New York City. Chef Adam's most recent experiences include working under a James Beard award-winning chef in Greenwich Village, in a famous two Michelin-star restaurant in the East Village, and at a Tuscan-American farm-to-table eatery in the East Village.
