Chef Zach never disappoints. Even after taking several classes with him, we still walk away learning something new every time. We recently did the Greek cooking class, and as always, he struck the perfect balance between being an incredible teacher and a natural entertainer. He has a way of breaking things down so cooking feels approachable, easy, and genuinely fun. You don’t just follow a recipe—you actually understand what you’re doing and why. Highly recommend any class with him!

This is our 3rd class with Chef Zach and every time he outdoes himself! He is knowledgeable and entertaining. He makes what looks difficult, feel easy. The best part is we learn skills we can use again and again. The experience is top notch and he is the best Chef we have had, by far!!!
