My first time using CozyMeal and also attending a cooking class, I can't think of a better starting experience! - Chef Susie has an incredible set up & everything was laid out when I arrived. I'm a newer cook but Chef Susie was super patient with me while I took notes & learned the ropes. I attended the pad thai class & it was great (the mando sticky rice being my personal fav) - would definitely recommend for anyone looking to learn! Even got to keep my leftovers and am enjoying them today.

Class: Modern Asian Comfort Food So much to love about Chef Susie's class! My husband and I were the seniors in the class and have been cooking for many, many years. Both of us love Asian cuisine and decided to branch out from our cooking comfort zone to a cuisine we both love. Chef presented the dishes in the time order of preparation so demonstrate how the menu could be handled in a short time for those of us who have 30-45 minutes to prepare a meal. As she prepared the stir-fry, she sprinkled the science of why the recipe was prepared as it was and how not to overcook the chicken, for example. However, the star of the dishes, and the one that most of us probably needed the most guidance with was dumplings. From sourcing the wraps to preparing the stuffing (in advance) to creating a basic dumpling fold to more intricate, decorative folds, to cooking, and--best of all--eating the finished product--Chef Susie helped me to conquer my fear of creating Asian dumplings. A wonderful experience over all! Enjoy!

What an enjoyable experience for a girlвЂ™s night out! Food was delicious, loved the general cooking info, and nice to get knife skills included. Chef was prepared making efficient use of the time. (Tipped in cash at the class). She deserves a min tip of 20%!

Chef Aaron was so knowledgeable and inspiring! He's really friendly and easy to work with. He gave us some great tips on chopping veggies. He's got a very nice, clean house and is very accommodating. Highly recommend this class!

Our experience with Chef Aaron was amazing! He was so inviting and welcoming, on top of being knowledgeable and helpful through the entire cooking process. Freaking awesome! My wife and I loved the class. It was a great time out and Josh was super knowledgeable and told great stories! He took all the scary stuff out of making sushi at home and we left feeling comfortable and prepared to try it in our own kitchen.

We had such a great time making Asian cuisine with Danushka! She was so patient in showing us the basics of food prep and even small things like holding a knife! We loved the tempora bananas with chocolate for dessert!! She even had her Christmas tree out which made the experience more festive and intimate! We will definitely be coming back!! And we would recommend her highly to any of our friends!

Everyone's reviews has been on point. Chef Aaron was great, hospitable, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, gracious, professional, personable, and everything else you want to have from a Chef and a teacher. We are no where close from being good cooks, but our food turned out amazing. That's credit to the teacher. We will definitely have another class with him. Thank you!!!

My 11yo daughter and I had a fantastic time bonding as we learned incredibly valuable skills from Danushka (e.g. we had no idea how to hold a knife!). My 11 year old daughter and I were gifted the Thai cooking class with Danushka. The skills taught were approachable and fun. We appreciated the slow instruction and healthy, beautiful ingredients. Two hours flew by and we left with full bellies. This was a fun gift experience!
