Fantastic class - I learned a ton about working with laminated doughs. I've tried a couple times in the past, and always had a sticky, tacky mess on my hands. This class taught me tricks and tips, how to work the dough more effectively, what to watch out for. I just pulled a batch of croissants out of the oven, and they are everything I could have ever hoped for, and more. I need to keep a laminated dough on hand at all times now! :D

The class was perfect! The instructor was excellent, we had hands on learning, and the experience was wonderful.
Signing up through cozymeal was iffy because the location wasn't posted until after I signed up and the instructor was different than advertised, but it was still a great class
