We had a great cooking experience with Chef Aaron. In addition to teaching us how to prepare and cook delicious paella and a tasty honey mustard balsamic salad dressing, we were introduced to his chickens and had a chance to tour his garden, where he picked fresh vegetables and herbs for our class. Chef Aaron is delightful, with a good sense of humor and a passion for cooking. Since Halloween is next week, we were also treated to pumpkin macarons prepared by Chef Aaron that were scrumptious. Thanks for the extremely enjoyable, instructive, and delicious experience.

I had a blast!! Chef Kareem's home is clean, cozy, with a fun atmosphere. It was great to meet new people and share a meal with a great group of Austinites. I felt so welcome and had an amazing experience seeing Chef in his element. I will absolutely be doing this again and look forward to more meals to share. The mediterranean meal was out of this WORLD good!!!! Highly recommend. Thank you, Chef!

Chef Aaron gave us a cooking experience weвЂ™ll never forget. He was very patient and instructive with how to make the dish, and we appreciated the reasoning behind the different preparation steps. The food itself was outstanding, and each course of the meal provided an even more salivating experience. We were even more grateful to bring home leftovers of the paella and tapas. Chef Zach is amazing!!! I took the Flavors of Greece class and it was delicious. I went with my oldest daughter and he taught us all the tricks of how to use the knife, how to combine herbs and explained step by step the recipe while we were making it. He also had the printout for us to take home. I am so glad that I decided for this class. I highly recommend it, never tasted such a delicious Greek meal. Also, we all kept our masks at all times and our distance. Everything is clean and he even had Greek music and pictures of his trip to Greece. Thanks Chef!

What an amazing experience we had with Chef Aaron! My husband and I had a private lesson at the chef's home learning how to make a seafood paella, which was absolutely delicious! Aaron had everything set up and ready to go before we arrived... great space for both dining and learning. The lesson allowed us to be very hands-on, and Chef Aaron was so patient in answering my many, many, many questions. The meal included jamon & manchego tapas, a spanish-style salad, seafood paella (complete with chorizo, mussels and shrimp), and we finished things off with a creme caramel flan. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend a night learning with Chef Aaron... we can't wait to book another class!

This was GREAT! Chef Zach was a marvelous host. My daughter and I have tried a lot of fun culinary experiences and cooking classes, food is a hobby we share, and Chef Zach was so very engaging and clearly loves the food he makes, the flavors involved and is very knowledgable without leaving novices like us feeling like idiots. The whole evening was fun and that makes this entire meal memorable. 11/10 would not just recommend but will do this again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! This was a birthday adventure for my daughter and there was zero disappointment!! The вЂњcozyвЂќ part of the name was the home class. The Mediterranean themed food was AMAZING and my daughter got the input, experience and fun I was hoping sheвЂ™d get.

Chef Kareem is a gifted and charming teacher who multitasked with ease while preparing a lovely meal that looked fantastic and tasted even better. I highly recommend this class. The food was phenomenal and the small group 'in house' setting not only showed how the scrumptious food could be prepared in a normal - non commercial kitchen, but allowed for relaxed conversation among 'new friends'. It was a wonderful evening and honestly one of the best cooking classes I've ever had the pleasure of attending.
