Prepare a Southwestern spread on the grill in this four-course team building experience.
Learn how to grill like a professional and hone those knife skills alongside your team in this hands-on Southwest-style grilling class curated by Chef Danushka.
Start off by mixing a Southwestern salad of tomatoes, scallions, peppers, cucumber, red onions and a creamy avocado dressing. Then, choose between a cilantro and lime-marinated skirt steak or honey and chipotle chicken that you'll grill alongside your team and serve with steamed white rice and pinto beans. End with dark chocolate brownies or tres leches cake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
