Chef Zach is an amazing chef and teacher. We learned how to make some very yummy dishes and also learned a ton of new techniques for the kitchen. Chef Zach is very patient and takes the time to explain each step and why he is doing things in the order that he is doing them. He's also just really fun! Will definitely be taking another class.

Chef Zach is easy to be with and makes guests feel comfortable. His teaching style is kind and approachable. We were able to make a number of dishes and understand how to time them to complete the full meal for presentation at the end. Food was great - and there was plenty to eat at the end!

We recently did the Greek cooking class, and as always, he struck the perfect balance between being an incredible teacher and a natural entertainer. He has a way of breaking things down so cooking feels approachable, easy, and genuinely fun. You don’t just follow a recipe—you actually understand what you’re doing and why.
