Experience international favorites with this cooking class focused on regional brunch favorites. Under the guidance of a gourmet Chef Zach, you'll learn how to craft the perfect blend of sweet and savory brunch options.

Start with the classic brunch staple of eggs Benedict with a bloody Mary twist as you perfectly poach eggs to go on top of Southern-style cornbread waffles with peppered bacon. Master the art of the Hollandaise sauce with some easy time-saving shortcuts in the blender. Finish up with a sweet treat from some orange juice-infused mimosa muffins. Book today - just in time for your next brunch gathering!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
