You'll start with cozy pumpkin-spiced hot chocolate and chocolate peppermint truffles. Next, prepare cranberry-orange glazed turkey cutlets infused with cloves, cinnamon and star anise, followed by creamy gorgonzola polenta with spicy Italian sausage. We had an amazing at-home Italian cooking class experience. Chef Erin brought everything needed and guided us through each dish with clear, step-by-step instructions. We started with a fresh Caprese salad, followed by perfectly seasoned crispy fried shrimp. The highlight was learning how to make handmade pasta from scratch—it was easier than expected and so satisfying. The pasta was beautifully complemented by a rich, flavorful tomato sauce. We ended with a classic tiramisu that was light, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The class was fun, hands-on, and left us with new skills we can use again. It was a perfect way to spend the evening and a great option for a special night in.
