We had a most enjoyable cooking experience last night with Chef Lorenzo. He put us to work prepping much of the food and supervised as we cooked. He talked me through how to cook octopus which he brought to the house already cooked purely in the interest of time. I kind of hoped the octopus salad would be the top item for the night. It was. An added feature was that as we dined on the dishes he had us make, he washed the dishes. Wow! Five stars out of five for Chef Lorenzo and his Med. cooking class!

We drove for three hours on a Sunday for Chef Evan's class. When we arrived, the entrance was locked and we found the rest of the class waiting outside. No one was able to reach Chef Evan, and even Cozymeal was unable to contact him the entire day and day after. After waiting for another half an hour, we finally gave up and left. The chef had been nonresponsive and uncommunicative the entire weeks since we booked - the red flags are obvious in hindsight.

I recently attended Chef Lorenzo's Cooking Class on Signature Italian Cuisine and it was an absolute delight! From start to finish, the experience was authentic and truly felt like a trip to Italy.
Chef Lorenzo was an excellent host and his passion for cooking was evident in every dish he prepared. He shared stories about his grandmother, who was a great influence on his love of cooking, and it was clear that he has a wealth of knowledge about Italian cuisine.
The class itself was very hands-on, with each participant getting the chance to help prepare and cook the dishes. Chef Lorenzo was very patient and gave clear instructions, so even those who were new to cooking were able to follow along and create delicious meals.
One of the highlights of the class was trying Chef Lorenzo's grandmother's recipes, which were absolutely delicious. It was a unique and special touch that really added to the authenticity of the experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Chef Lorenzo's Cooking Class on Signature Italian Cuisine. It was a fun and educational experience that left me with a newfound appreciation for Italian cooking.

My 18 yr old son and I enjoyed this cooking class with Chef Mikki. This was a birthday gift to my 18 yr old son (who is a bit of a foodie). It was a memorable and meaningful experience for me and my son. Chef Mikki easily adapted to our level of competency, and he gave us hands-on opportunities at various points in the class, that we could either opt-in to, or watch him do. An unexpected but very enjoyable aspect of the class was getting to know our kind and friendly instructor, and getting to ask him about his experiences in his incredible journey from being a student in the Philippines, to learning from top chefs in France, to becoming the executive chef of a restaurant in New York City. Had a wonderful time with Chef Peter! He's kind and thoughtful and makes delicious baked goods! Chef Peter taught me how to easily stretch pizza dough (don't use a rolling pin!) and bake wonderfully crusty and tasty pizzas. He also had some amazing Honey Wheat Bread that was so flavorful you can eat it all by itself. Deliciously wheaty and sweet! His Lemon Butter Cake involves some techniques to make it fluffy and spongy but it's all worth it cause the final product is sweet, moist and lemony! Perfect with some cream and fresh fruits!
