You need to improve your communication. I became very apprehensive when I sent 3 messages via your website to the chef and no answer til the afternoon of the day before the event. Then he shows up 25 min late with no forewarning. Very embarrassing and cause of anxiety for me. Lorenzo was charming, very knowledgable about the food prep and cooking, very fun. I did give him a tip as he was leaving.

Me and my girlfriend showed up to Chef Noona home on July 6th at noon. She greeted us with the biggest smile, it was very welcoming. The menu was fettuccine Pasta with Alfredo sauce and a mixed green salad with vinaigrette. The dessert was a Apple Crostata Once in the home we were provided a recipe list of what we were going to cook. Chef Noona sat us down and carefully went over the whole recipe sheet detailing the reasons and science of the ingredients. This made me feel very comfortable and helped me understand more about certain ingredients. The hardest part about the meal to us was creating the dough, but Chef Noona helped us tremendously and showed genuine patience. I really enjoyed the experience and will recommend her to anyone! Thanks again Chef Noona, we will be back.

Chef Karoi was a wonderful teacher at tonight's ramen class! We learned all about how to make the noodles and the process she went through to create the broth. Between the ramen and gyoza, we were stuffed by the end. We will definitely be taking what we learned and recreating the process at home in the future. So if you are interested in what it takes to make flavorful broth and delicious noodles, definitely check out this class. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I had a great time in Kaoris class learning to make ramen and gyoza. The pace of the class was good and the setting was very casual, felt like good old home cooking in the kitchen. We had a nice big bowl of ramen to eat in the end and got to snack on some yummy pork gyoza in between. Kaori was patient and friendly and open to answering questions as we moved along. Would definitely be interested in trying another class in the future with her.

Chef Kaori was a really fun teacher. She is very knowledgeable of asian cuisine and has a passion for cooking. She has taught all ages of students including kids. I really enjoyed her Udon noodles soup that we made from scratch. The green tea creme brulee was also delicious.

We really enjoyed our Italian Family Feast cooking class with Lorenzo. He was very knowledgeable, organized and fun to talk to. We had 3 generations in our group and Lorenzo was engaging and patient with all of us, from my tween daughter to my 81 year old father. Other than the oven, stove and a bowl and spoon or two from our kitchen, he brought everything with him that we needed. The food was delicious and we are looking forward to practicing what we learned. Thank you, Lorenzo!

I recently attended Chef Lorenzo's Cooking Class on Signature Italian Cuisine and it was an absolute delight! From start to finish, the experience was authentic and truly felt like a trip to Italy. Chef Lorenzo was an excellent host and his passion for cooking was evident in every dish he prepared. He shared stories about his grandmother, who was a great influence on his love of cooking, and it was clear that he has a wealth of knowledge about Italian cuisine. The class itself was very hands-on, with each participant getting the chance to help prepare and cook the dishes. Chef Lorenzo was very patient and gave clear instructions, so even those who were new to cooking were able to follow along and create delicious meals. One of the highlights of the class was trying Chef Lorenzo's grandmother's recipes, which were absolutely delicious. It was a unique and special touch that really added to the authenticity of the experience. Overall, I highly recommend Chef Lorenzo's Cooking Class on Signature Italian Cuisine. It was a fun and educational experience that left me with a newfound appreciation for Italian cooking.

Chef Lorenzo is by far the best host I’ve ever had! Chef Lorenzo is extremely outgoing and knowledgeable about cooking. There was not one awkward moment with him as conversations changed from cooking to other topics with ease. By far the best cooking class my wife and I ever had because of his hospitality and wisdom of cooking as he can explain how to use ingredients and why to use those ingredients. He explained cooking like I’ve never heard before. Thank you chef for an amazing class! I’ll definitely be recommending my friends and I’m looking forward signing up for more classes!

Chef Mikki’s class was an amazing experience for my girlfriend and I. We had a totally hands on experience and the food came out amazing. I can’t wait to try and recreate the recipes at home :) highly recommend! Hope to take another class with him again !

Chef nonna was fantastic. We started with making the dough for the apple galette. She asked if we wanted to either use a manual pastry blender or food processor to mix the dough. After mixing the dough and assembling the apples we baked the galette. Next on the menu was making the pasta, she had us divide the ingredients so that we each would make our own dough. With just flour an egg and some water, we kneed our own personal ball of dough before using the pasta machine to roll out our dough to fettuccine. We asked for a lactose free alfredo sauce, she taught us a recipe using two types of nuts, soy milk and nutritional yeast. After assembling the salad, cooking the pasta and adding the ‘lactose free’ alfredo sauce we ate our yummy meal and finished with the apple galette. The pasta and galette took much longer then Chef Nonna anticipated, we never felt rushed and she still allowed time for us to enjoy our meal.

I had a great time. Very relaxed and fun. I learned a lot. Realistically though I could not see myself cooking the whole meal. Way to much work. I would love to take another class from Kaori that was less labor intensive.
