Using the skills we learned in our cooking class, we have even been able to add a yummy paella to our cooking repertoire, and have made it successfully at home! We had a great date night at Chef Mikkiâ€™s cooking class. He was accommodating to a gluten allergy we had but everything turned out delicious. He was knowledgeable of all our questions pertaining to the recipe and general cooking questions. He had a great personality as well. I wish the class would have been more hands on.

10/10 experience and food (spanish fare course). took mom here for birthday celebration, got lucky that we were the only party. staff was so attentive and instructional. had so much fun learning cooking techniques from chef roddy and oscar. lei lei was also super friendly, and the food was delicious. best of all mom says she had a great time and fantastic birthday. it was very memorable. thank you team for giving us such a special experience.

Mikkiâ€™s paella making class was the perfect birthday gift. Mikki welcomed us in with Spanish snacks and helped everyone feel comfortable with their different levels of cooking experience. He taught us new knife techniques and DIY cooking hacks to make cooking quicker and easier. Mikki was funny, kind, and told great stories of his times cooking in France. Chef Mikki was so fun to learn from (and talented at his craft!). All of the dishes highlighted fresh produce and proteins. Every dish was perfect for a summer dinner party but also felt manageable enough to make for a weeknight meal. I will be making fresh gnocchi regularly now that I know how easy it is!

Nice guy, but it was put in a little of this and a little of that. No written handout for my granddaughter to take home. The main sauce for flavoring was already made. Knives VERY dull. Didnâ€™t make flan, just served flan already made. Finished 1/2 hour early Saw an email asking us to come at 4 instead of 6 after I got home. Expensive cooking class for a quick in and out. I have taken classes in France, Italy, San Francisco, etc. Cassie will never be able to get the same results without a recipe to start Disappointing
