Booked the event Asian Fusion Feast with Chef Pooja in East Bay (San Ramon)
My partner and I had a blast at Chef Pooja's Asian Fusion Feast cooking class. We were warmly welcomed into her spacious and cozy kitchen, where we got hands-on experience whipping up a feast. We left the class properly stuffed and inspired to whip up the delicious recipes at home. Thanks for the fantastic experience, Chef!
Booked the event Traditional Moroccan Cuisine with Chef Traci in East Bay (Upper Telegraph)
Chef Traci's cooking class was an absolute blast! Her home in Berkeley is so spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. I really love Chef Traci's personality and energy. You can tell she is very passionate about cooking and creating beautiful meals with different spices. The chicken tagine was SO flavorful and delicious. To this day, my boyfriend still talks about it! I am looking forward to Chef Traci's next class.
Booked the event Dine Like Northern Indian Royalty with Chef Pooja in East Bay (San Ramon)
Chef Pooja did a great job explaining how to use North Indian spices to simplify delicious dishes. The lesson was easy to follow and she was very helpful answering any questions. Would be happy to take another class!
Booked the event Asian Fusion Feast with Chef Pooja in East Bay (San Ramon)
My family and I attended Pooja’s class on Asian Fusion. It was a great experience and will definitely be back for another class. Our ages ranged from 30 to 60, we all enjoyed the class.
Booked the event Fundamentals of Perfect Sushi with Chef Edison in East Bay (Concord)
Chef Edison and the whole experience created a good time for my group. We liked how he explained the idea of sushi and how and why it is made. Some of my group had a hard time understanding him but it's part of the cultural difference. We did end up eating a little late because of the discussion first so people were really hungry. He did an excellent job catering to our group. We did wish he would have been more interactive as we were making our own but at the same time, we liked that he gave us time to just connect and chit chat. It would have been beneficial for him to walk around and instruct a little more as some people were lost. Overall, Chef Edison was friendly and helpful.
Booked the event Modern Twist on American Classics with Chef Traci in East Bay (Upper Telegraph)
Our team had a great time with Chef Traci! We were all pretty shy about our cooking skills but she made us feel comfortable and empowered that we could make a great meal! Traci was very accommodating and flexible and fun! Highly recommend!
