Learn to season rice and roll your own sushi in a fun, hands-on session.
Discover the craft behind great sushi in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jesse. This session covers the fundamentals that make sushi so rewarding to prepare, from handling the rice to rolling and slicing with confidence, all in a relaxed and approachable setting.
You will start by rinsing, cooking and seasoning sushi rice before rolling a spicy tuna maki with cucumber and a fresh garden vegetable roll with avocado and carrot. Alongside, you will prepare a crisp cucumber sunomono dressed in rice vinegar and sesame, then finish the class by baking a buttery matcha shortbread for dessert. Reserve your spot today.
