In this exciting cooking class, Chef Ten will teach you the art of making both classic Italian and Parisian gnocchi. You’ll explore the differences between the two styles, using premium Italian and French ingredients to elevate each dish.
Begin with a delicious cheeseboard prepared by Chef Ten, featuring a selection of Italian and French cheeses. After drawing inspiration from the flavors of the two regions, you’ll craft a classic Italian gnocchi alla pomodoro with tomato sauce, followed by a Parisian gnocchi with butternut squash purée and garlic shrimp. Finish the class by tasting and comparing the two types of gnocchi you’ve crafted, appreciating the distinct flavors and textures of each dish and of course a delicious dessert!
