Join Chef Tiffany, who is classically trained and well-versed in Continental cooking, and take your taste buds on a journey to explore cuisine from two incredible place: Italy and France.
During this three-hour class, Chef Tiffany will teach you a few French and Italian classics, including antipasto, homemade pasta with a creamy shrimp sauce, and a warm bread pudding with vanilla sauce. You'll learn how to make these dishes right every time at home, for special occasions like date night, a birthday soirée, or just because.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tiffany, who was born and raised in Maryland, grew up with deep Southern influences from her mother. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, has taught extensively in schools and has a passion for spreading the knowledge of the culinary world to cooks of all levels.
